Rebecca Wilshire joins The Simply Group
Rebecca Wilshire has joined The Simply Group to head up the Sales and Marketing function of the business. Rebecca is based at the group head office in Bollington, Cheshire.
Mark Simpkin Ltd (trading as The Simply Group) is perhaps best known within facilities management for its market leader status in the locker and furniture industries and for its focus on tailoring solutions in response to client specific criteria. However it is also recognised in both commercial and domestic markets for its interior design, property development and media management divisions.
With an existing team in place, Simply identified a need for someone to lead sales and marketing, leaving managing director Mark Simpkin and general manager Will Knight to concentrate on the other areas of the business. The addition of Rebecca will enable Simply to place added focus on promoting the existing product lines and also continue to increase the company’s portfolio.
Rebecca joins Simply following four years at Domino Commercial Interiors, where she spent her time as business development manager working with property developers and architects. She also built successful relationships with a variety of clients including a number of blue chip customers, high profile FM providers and high street names such as STA Travel.
Prior to working at Domino, Rebecca spent 17 years in various aspects of the interiors and property markets. Well known in the business networking scene, especially in nearby Yorkshire, Rebecca brings a wealth of contacts and an established personal network to Simply and is looking forward to boosting the marketing function. She said: “It’s great to be coming into such a dynamic and successful company that wants to develop further and is giving me free reign to diversify and develop the business using the expertise and contacts that I have built up over the last 10 years”.
